Abingdon Community Church got in touch with us during lockdown as they were keen to use Church Suite (a Church Management System) on their website. Our church website software had been recommend to them by a neighbouring church and they were impressed with our designs and the seamless integration with Church Suite.

Abingdon-on-Thames is an historic market town situated on the river Thames. Abingdon Community Church is an evangelical, charismatic church that seeks to know Christ and make Christ known! The church has a congregation with a wide age range (from 0-85 years old) and has various ministries that accommodate people in all the different stages of life.

How did we help?

We worked closely with Michael Ivey, who leads the church, to create the website. We were fortunate enough to be given brand guidelines and clear instructions on what he wanted featured on the site, including how Church Suite should be integrated.

With lockdown it was difficult to find appropriate photographs, but between us we were fortunate to find  images on unsplash.com that featured Abingdon and reflected the site's content.

Going Forward

Church Pages uses its own simple content management system that can be used by anyone, even with little web experience. Abingdon Community Church were fortunate that their admin assistant had previous experience of our software and so editing the site wasn't a problem. We are always on hand to help Michael and his team if need be and we are all really pleased with the end result.
